I never knew that it could happen Sequel: 9

"So, I wanted to have a serious talk with you two tomorrow, if that's okay with you?" he asked me. I was kinda confused when he said 'you two' "Uhm, who's the other person?" "Katrina." "Oh, right. Uhm, I'm sure I don't have any meetings for tomorrow so we can have an appointment. When and where?", I said. "Well, I was thinking we should have a lunch meeting at 'The Lagoon'.", he replied. "Yeah, sure. See ya then at 12?" "That'd be great." 

YOUR P.O.V

Justin was talking to some man and I didn't mind walking up to them, maybe they were having some serious conversation so I left it as it is. "Marissa!", someone then interrupted, I looked over to see Jasmine with Alex. "Jasmine!", I hugged her. "WOW! You look amazing girl!", she complimented. I gave her a smile and just as I was about to say something, I felt someone wrap their arm around my waist. I turned to see Justin, "What were you guys talking about?", he said with a cheeky smile. "Nothing, but I thought maybe the four of us could maybe go out together tonight.", Jasmine said. "Sure." was all I said then next thing I know, we were now in some cafe, it was tranquil in there and that's all I wanted for now. "So, how's life been guys?",Alex asked while taking a sip from his hot coffee. "Good, couldn't ask for more.",I turned to look at Justin smiling at me. I couldn't help but blush. "Awwee, cute little love birds.", Jasmine said with a cute little voice. We laughed. "How 'bout you? How's it been?", Justin asked. "Same as you. We're fine.", Alex answered. The rest of the night, we just talked and talked and laughed while taking a sip from our coffee's time to time. 

"Babe. It's 11:30 now, we must go.", I said even if I didn't want to, we were just having a great time. "Oh, yeah. Sorry guys, we got to go now. Jason.", Justin and I then stood up and gave Jasmine and Alex a hug. Well, actually Justin just did some fistpump with Alex then we all left. We got in the car and I felt my phone ring, I answered it...

Phone convo:

M:Hello?
P:Hey Marissa, it's Pattie. Jason's asleep now so maybe you could just head home now and pick him up tomorrow.
M: Uhm, yeah sure.
P:Alright sweetie, goodnight.
M:Goodnight mom.

I smiled when I said the last part, I was just thankful that I have Pattie as my mother-in-law. "Who was that?", Justin then questioned. "It's Pattie, she said that we should just pick Jason up tomorrow since he's already asleep.", I stated. "Oh, ok then." 

JUSTIN'S P.O.V

Marissa fell asleep during the small drive. I didn't hesitate to carry her up to our room, I removed her heels and changed her clothing. Once she was already fixed, I removed my jeans, blazer, undershirt then joined Marissa under the covers. I hugged her from behind then kissed her cheek goodnight. 

-NEXT MORNING-

I woke up not feeling Marissa's body in bed. I sat up quickly then examined every part of the room, it was very neat and tidy. By seeing this, I already had a hint that Marissa's cleaning the house. I looked at the clock and it read 9:00 am. Good, I still have about 3 hours with my girl and family.
