As we got inside her room, I told her to wear something perfect but comfy. I went downstairs and joined everyone standing there. "Nice work dude" Ryan whispered "Yeap" I whispered back. We heard her close the door and she was looking for me, she slowly walked down the stairs and we all screamed "HAPPY BIRTHDAY MARISSA!" she was shocked. "OMG! I don't know what to say, thank you so much guys!" she said, I hugged her then pulled away. "Come here baby" I lead her to their backyard holding her hand, as we got there, we were facing each other. "Justin? What is it?" she asked "Turn around" I told her. She did what I told her and I got a small box from my pocket and got the necklace inside it, I slowly put it around her neck. She turned around with tears in her eyes, "Do you like it?" I asked with a smile "Justin, it's beautiful, thank you!" she said then jumped into my arms, I held her tight and she pulled away. She put her arms around my neck and she leaned in, I leaned in too then our lips met. "I love you" we both said at the same time, I laughed and she giggled. We went inside the house again, hand in hand then everyone stood there with a blank look. "What?" I asked confused "Nothing" Ryan and Chaz said, then everyone laughed, she pulled me lightly and we went to her parents. "Uhm, mom? Dad?" "Yes, sweetie?" her mom asked, "Well, we're going to tell you something." she said nervously "Yes?" she said with a big smile on her face. "Uhm, me and Justin are kinda together" she said and held my hand tightly, wow! she's nervous "Really?!" her mom and dad asked surprised "Yes" I said. "Ohhh, my baby is growing up now" her mom said and gave Marissa a hug and she gave me a smile. "It's okay with me, just remember this Mr. Bieber, once you hurt my daughter, you're going to pay for what you did." her dad said with a little joke. We both smiled big and I said "Yes sir, and I would never hurt her. You may just call me Justin" I replied, her mom and dad smiled and we both left. So far, her birthday's doing good.
YOUR P.O.V
As I got downstairs, I saw a lot of people and they all screamed "HAPPY BIRTHDAY MARISSA!" I said thank you then Justin lead me to our backyard and gave me a beautiful necklace. We went to tell my parents about our relationship and they approved. I'm loving this birthday party! It's the best I'd ever had. We were dancing and I heard Justin say my name on a small stage they put up in our backyard, I went there and so did everyone else. I saw him sitting on a stool with a guitar, he gestured me to sit on the other stool prepared beside him. I just went there and sat there with him, he started to strum the strings and when I heard the tune it was "Overboard", he told me to sing so I did, "It feels like we've been out at sea, boy, so back and forth...." the song ended and everyone applauded. "Wow! You're voice is amazing" he said "Thanks, but I'm not as good as you. In fact, I would never be as good as you." I smiled "Hey, never say never, right?" he said and we both laughed. The party was fun until it was time for everyone to go home. "Bye Rissa" Ryan and Chaz said while giving me a hug "Bye :)" I said then hugged them back. They went outside the door and I felt arms wrapped around my waist, "Bye baby, I'll see you tomorrow" Justin said and gave me a peck on the cheek and lips. "Bye baby" I smiled and he also headed for the door.
